Chiave File Encryption is a freeware tool for Windows which allows users to encrypt files with a neat user interface. What makes Chiave File Encryption tool even more attractive is its integration with Windows 7 like jump-lists and aero effects. The application does encryption and decryption using 512 Bit rijndael encryption algorithm. The main interface is very sleek and has three options to encrypt, decrypt and also open the options and preferences.In the encryption window, you can add files or a folder as a whole in case you want to encrypt the complete folder. You can specify the password for encryption and also optionally delete all the original files. The options window allows you to create file associations for encrypted files. There is also option to add the tool to Windows explorer context menu. You can also enable jump lists feature for this tool from the option. The jump-lists allows you to quickly open encryption or decryption window from the taskbar. The application also includes a progress bar for encryption and decryption neatly integrated to Windows 7 taskbar.
