Hi ThereI think you might have a bug/malware in your computer. to make sure you get rid of those bugs download a-squared Free – its Free of charge, http://download.cnet.com/A-squared-Free/3000-80…download and install this application, after launce of a-squared free, make sure you update this with the newest definition files. You probably get a message that prompts you to restart. After restart give your computer a full scan and remove all the adware,spyware,virus etc… then try to install the newest codec and reinstall the mplayer. thanks firtsOS:windows XP profestionalno pop up and no number . only “Afxsocketinit failed”also failed mplayer clasic OF K-lite codepack same msg
