Ansav is a free antivirus utility designed to identify, thwart and eliminate computer viruses and other malicious software (malware). ANSAV, abbreviation from Ans AntiVirus.

ANSAV is an application that run on Windows XP, was made especially to handle various malware like virus, Trojan and Spyware. ANSAV only designed as portable software and could be undertaken without needing the installation, because ANSAV not resident and only treated.

• ANSAV made with 32 bit Assembly.
• ANSAV, produced the speed checking 237 file/second!, but this speed also
  depended on the media that was checked, the example of the speed checking to HD will be different to checking in CD-CROM or Removable media (Example : Flash disk ).
• Ansav contains the definitions of 345 viruses.

Note: Because the software is still in beta phase the automatic online update doesn’t work probably. There is a way around to download the update manual over HERE  Once you have download the update; copy/paste the file dbs.anv it into the directory of Ansav. Example "C:\Program Files\ANSAV\   And That’s it !
